Description

This means the confusion between write_analysis and compile_analysis introduced by the polymorphic types, the usage of the file lists etc. etc.

Idea is to outsource the doubled code to an auxiliary function. This solves the code doubling problem. Testing for the moment.

Everything I was concerned about here was done in r5249 yesterday night. The rest is the custom data output (separate ticket #542). Closing.
