Description
This problem has been known for a long time. It might be a trivial flaw. Check before 2.0.5 is out.

vamp did nullify the f limits when the grid was reshaped, but not when it was just refined. It should nullify the limits in both cases because the value of f does depend on the binning (via vamp_probability). Implemented this in r3219.
