Description
The calculation of the color correlation matrix should be inside the matrix element, hence be performed by O'Mega, not by WHIZARD.

Interface almost done, just need to implement the re-translation of the color flow in state matrices to the original color flow arrays.

Done finally in r2172. Needed some additions to the 'hard_interaction' object.
