Description
Enabling and disabling O'Mega does not belong with O'Caml autoconf macros. Introduced in r1664 and should be cleaned up.

I think renaming disable-omega -> disable-ocaml was the most proper thing to do, which solves all the related problems.

This was called --disable-ocaml before, maybe we should rename it like this as --disable-omega only disables the O'Caml part of O'Mega not the omegalib.
