Description
W1 was able to resume integration/event generation after being stopped, or to reread results computed in a previous run. This feature should be available again.

Completed in [1486]. Similar to W1, W2 now re-reads phase-space, grid, and event files as requested and possible. The data integrity checks are more transparent, and the system should work also in the more complex environment of arbitrary sindarin scripts.

In [1476], phase-space files and VAMP grids are reused, unless specified otherwise, and if input data integrity allows for this. Hopefully, the problems with MD5 sums of W1 are not an issue this time.
The remaining task is to read/write event files for internal use.
