Derived parameters are not calculated according to the user input

Description

The derived parameters like costhw and sinthw are not calculated with the values the user has chosen them to be but with the standard values defined above. This should be resolved. If this were not possible I pledge for transferring the derived parameters completely to the parameter files. For example, the user chooses mW = 0 (silly, but OK). Then costhw = 0, sinthw = 1. But WHIZARD2 right now delivers the usual values for mW = 80.419 and mZ = 91.1882.
