Description
The main problem is that the setup of RECOLA processes is tied to the integration step, not to the process definition step. This makes usage of RECOLA processes in scans or of two RECOLA processes impossible.

This has been resolved by WK and JRR in r8095. There is a singleton telling whether Recola has already been initialized or not, and Recola is reset if more than one process is invoked or parameters do change. For more details cf. Gitlab Issue 42.
