Implemented in [1348]. The standard cut file is NOT included by default. There could be some command-line option which controls this. It is included via the include
command.
In W1, the default cuts were picky about a particle being massive or exactly massless. This leads to confusion when a user sets the electron mass to zero, and finds that the cross section _decreases_ considerably. The W2 default cuts are much simpler, they cut on separation and energy for all visible particles (colored, charged, or photon). For massive or colored particles (even very small mass), they should be essentially equivalent to the W1 cuts.
Will be done in form of an include file for the command script.
