Description
SB's algorithm for parallel VEGAS sampling runs into saturation when the number of calls per channel becomes low. In principle, this would be solved by distributing distinct channel among workers.

Also included in the VAMP2 implementation by SB now included in master and trunk. Documentation still pending in the manual (work in progress). Closing.
