Two tests fail with nagfor 6.0

Description

The tests are evaluators.run and particles.run. Garbage in the color entries. Probably incomplete initialization, and doesn't spoil the later functional tests. I hope it's not a compiler bug this time.

This turned out to be rather tricky. But it is, very likely, a compiler bug. I reported the issue to NAG.

Until this is settled, we should stay with NAG 5.3.

Update: confirmed as a regression by NAG.

Got the fixed compiler, just waiting for MS to install it.

With the updated NAG 6.0 (1021), the test suite is ok. (Some specials like HepMC not tested.) We'll activate NAG 6.0 on Jenkins. I think I can close this one.
