Try to look into this one. At least now, with the tools from the LCIO package I think I can directly look into the binary StdHEP files. It's not urgent and there won't grow grey hair (lol) if it doesn't work before the 2.2.5 release.

Done in r6597. More extensive self-tests, incl. a tool to show the contents of StdHEP files (for both HEPEVT and HEPRUP/HEPEUP common blocks). Read in of StdHEP events is now possible.
