Improve VAMP histories

Description
Currently, the global VAMP history has zeros in the 'integral' line. The channel histories do contain integral entries.
Another issue: the entries in the printed tables use an "E" output format, so all numbers are printed with a leading zero, wasting columns. Switch to "ES" format?

TO, what I don't understand (I understand only a wee bit of VAMP):
why in vamp_get_history_single
there are the following two assignments:
h%avg_integral = integral h%integral = g%mu(2)
I don't know exactly whether this is the answer.

TO promised to look into this, but not for the upcoming release. Moving to 2.2.1.

Will not be implemented in the old VAMP as is, and the new VAMP will not have need for this. (WHIZARD can keep track of the history).
In r5093 I deliberately changed E -> ES notations in vamp_write_history and write_history, but left F formats for chi2 and efficiency. Haven't touched the first issue yet.
