Currently supported: raw format for internal use, HepMC, LHEF.

The question is still open which formats have to be supported (probably some ATHENA format).

The only thing to decide what event formats to implement. HEPEVT is useful, I would say, as a quite common - though old-fashioned - ASCII format. The SHORT and LONG variants of WHIZARD 1 seem to be private variants, of which I am not sure whether we need them at all. For back-compatibility, I would include the old LHA format, it does not cost much. STDHEP has its own ticket (#47), and about the JETSET/PYTHIA/PYLIST formats I am very uncertain.

After HEPEVT works, I will do the rest of the formats. ;)

Has been done in r1960. Tested in qedtest.sin. Note that the helicities are only written in the ASCII files for polarized final states. Closing.
