Done in r5228.
We again have the four options of event normalization, two of which depend on the number of events in the sample. The default setting (which is mandatory for various output formats) is unit weight for unweighted events and total cross section (as the weight average) for weighted events.
The normalization is applied just after event generation. The current normalization is part of the raw event file, so it can be updated when it changes in a rescan. If there are alternative environments, they can have different normalization.
