Description (last modified by )
Status: as of r4276 there is a completely new parser that understands LaTeX input, e.g.
\charged{u}{ubar} \tex{u} \anti\tex{\bar u} \index{\mu}\lorentz \index{a}\color \tensor{\gamma}\lorentz ... \input{alpha\_s}{0.12} \tex{\alpha_s} \derived{g_s}{\sqrt{4\pi\alpha_s}} ... \vertex[g_s]{\bar u_{\alpha,a}\gamma_{\mu\alpha\beta} T_{Aab} u_{\beta,b} G_{\mu A} ...
Work is in progress on translating the parse tree...

After discussions with TO at the WHIZARD meeting, this might not be soooo complicated and maybe not in the utmost future :P

This should be the main visible feature of 2.2. So tentatively moving it ahead.

This will also become easier once the new O'Mega model definitions and the UFO file format are committed.

This is part of the general UFO support, and is actually currently being worked on by TO.

This seems to be close to completion now. O'Mega can write its own Fortran code for Lorentz structures now, it supports all four-fermion structures, it can handle 5- and 6- point vertices, it seems to be completely general on color structures (cf. #142), and also Majorana fermions are supported. This will be released as 2.8.0 end of June 2019/early July 2019.

Except for the final point with the Majorana fermions (and the issue #270 with the SLHA files) this can be closed soon. As the first point will not be addressed now, this remains open until Majorana fermions are supported.

Transferred to Gitlab issue 305.
THis is the one which is Nr. 1 on TOs priority list.
