Description
When the list of variables in rt_data is essentially complete again, we should check which variables should additionally enter the checksums for process configuration, integration and event samples.
For instance, there is no qcd_parameters module anymore, but the alpha_s treatment is determined by variable settings (as before).

After fixing the alpha_s configuration effects (#567), I'm confident that this issue is settled.
