user_strfun test fails with gfortran 4.5.0 (compiler bug)

Description
This failure is obviously memory corruption in the runtime lib, and it is fixed in 4.6. I guess the problem appears if the user switches between structure function setups in the .sin file. No problem of Whizard, but it causes one of the Jenkins builds to fail. Should we ignore/skip/whatever?

All 4.5.x versions have this bug, it has been fixed in 4.6.x. In r3605 we just disabled the user_strfun test for all the 4.5.x versions. That is IMHO the sanest solution.
