The idea is to generate this information (in dependence of a certain parameter) for factorized processes in WHIZARD, i.e. using the decay width and the kinematic information of the production process to generate the decay vertex etc.

Infrastructure for vertices has been added in r6631. Vertex positions and times can be added to HEPEVT, LCIO, and HepMC, and also be read in from there.
