For the WHIZARD aspects of this, see #782.
Within O'Mega, there has to be support for correct propagators (fermion and vector) that take the imaginary part consistently into account.

I changed the fermion and (massive) vector propagators in O'Mega accordingly. BACN has to do the corresponding modifications for the OVM, and what is still missing is a steering from WHIZARD.

OVM support done by BACN in r7665.
If we want a proper NLO treatment of processes involving unstable particles, especially e.g. top-decay, we will not be able to ignore this feature any longer.
