Description
When --enable-pythia is set, PYTHIA is doubly compiled, once from the matching directory, once from the miisr (should we rename that directory BTW?) directory. This should be split into three directories. Should we rename the --enable-pythia option then?

Done in r2801. PYTHIA now has become a library in a separate directory. There are options --enable-matching and --enable-shower which each of them triggering the compilation of PYTHIA.
