Description
The merge r2468 broke cut MD5 sums. When I start a first run with no cuts at all and specify cuts in a second run, the changed cut configuration is not detected. On the other hand, when I first start with cuts, then the grids are regenerated in every consecutive run due to a cut mismatch, even if nothing has changed.

Thanks for finding this, I wasn't able to test everything with the new module setup. There'll probably more bugs like this hiding.

Order of statements in integration_init was wrong. Fixed in r2470.
