Make use of masses and interactions for automatically finding decay channels

The SLHA record contains info about the allowed decay channels and branching ratios for all MSSM particles. WHIZARD could use them to generate all decay processes automatically, at least for those processes which are actually used.

Solving #263 and #264 first would come in handy for this task.

This feature is implemented in e.g. HERWIG, I consider it highly desirable to have this in WHIZARD, too.... soonish....

Is this actually still what one wants to do? Or isn't it nowadays the other way round, that the MC gets a SUSY spectrum and then calculates automatically the widths and BRs?
