Some auxiliary routines have to be written for this task.

Done in r2194. Logfile includes both a summary table and detailed VAMP histories, the latter only if an integration has actually been performed.
Just like in W1, detailed VAMP grid histories for previous runs (read from file) are unavailable since the appropriate VAMP routines are missing. Transferring that to the classic ticket #2, I close this one.
