Description
There should be as in WHIZARD 1 again (like the old option 'u') a test for the pure phase space. Furthermore, there should be the possibility to dice a momentum configuration for a given process and only evaluate the matrix element. Can we do this in a clever and elegant way?

Done in r2253. Normalizations are checked with WHIZARD 1 for both options, normalized to the phase space, and unit matrix elements. Closing.
