Discuss W1 option take-over into W2

We have to decide which options should be taken over into W2 or not, that are not yet available...
Just put a 'yes' or 'no' behind the option.... (WK, this affects mostly you!)
1) use_efficency
2) time_limit_adaptation
3) write_/read_grids (several options)
4) binary grid files
5) generate_phase_space (does not make much sense, ne?)
6) phase_space_only
7) write_phase_space_channels_file (does not make much sense)
8) extra_off_shell_lines (guess, it's obsolete)
9) splitting_depth (covered by new PS algorithm??)
10) exchange_lines = phs_t_channel ???
11) single/double_off_shell_branchings/decays
12) massive_fsr (still necessary?)
13) threshold_mass = phs_threshold_s ??
14) threshold_mass_t = phs_threshold_t ??
15) default_jet_cut/default_mass_cut ~ phs_m_scale ??
16) default_q_cut ~ phs_q_scale ??
17) default_e_cut ~ phs_e_scale ??
18) n_events_warmup (guess its obsolete now??)
19) write_weights/write_weights_file (seems to be obsolete too)
20) safety_factor (???)
21) events_per_file/bytes_per_file (THIS I CONSIDER IMPORTANT!!!)
