New Custom Query
Compose a new ticket query by selecting filters and columns to display.

List assigned tickets, group by ticket owner, sorted by priority.

- List all active tickets by priority.
- Color each row based on priority.
- If a ticket has been accepted, a '*' is appended after the owner's name

These are genuine bugs that must be fixed.
If they are not show stoppers that require a quick fix (however dirty) and a proper resolution needs more work, they might be targeted for a later release.
