Description
Implement an event transform that is applied after shower and hadronization to generate p_T for the two collinear ISR photons (and maybe apply a total boost to the rest of the event).

Done in r8057 as discussed during the last WHIZARD meetings. Simulate with exactly collinear setup, and afterwards generate the pT according to the splitting distribution, boost the event to the new kinematics.
