WHISH interactivity: readline, completion, error handling
Evaluation and parse nodes should be nullified in case of an error, and the null pointers should be caught in a reasonable way, thus preventing a proliferation of #298-like tickets and the corresponding fatal-error hacks which render the WHISH shell unstable.
